The speed of this memory per lane will be23.2 Gb/ s, which is twice the value in the current UFS3.1 standardUpgraded 7th generation V- NAND memory and a new regulator deliver up to 4200 MB/ s successional read and 2800 MB/ s write. This outperforms the SSD speeds of the Xbox Series X game console, but is still inferior to the speed of the PlayStation 5.
It also promises lower power consumption. A speed of 6 MB/ s per 1 mA means a 46 increase in effectiveness compared to UFS3.1. Chip size will be 11 x 13 x 1 mm, and the maximum capacity is 1 TB.
