* He bought his first share at the age of 11, but now he regrets that he started it too late.
* He bought a small farm at the age of 14, with his savings from delivering news papers.
* He still lives in the same three bed room house in mid-town Omaha, that he bought after he got married (which is 50 years ago).
* He never travels by private jet although he owns the worlds largest private jet company.
* His company Berkshire Haythaway owns 63 companies. He writes only a single letter to all the CEO s about the goals for the year, he never keeps a meet or calls them at a regular basis.

* He does not socialize with the high society crowd. his pass time after he returns home is to make popcorns and watch television.
